EDWARD MOUTON
Attorney at Law

"For You, Your Family, & Your Future"

ALAN J. GOLDEN-
Attorney at Law

Alan Golden joined the Mouton Law Firm in October 2015. Alan is Shreveport's most experienced Sex Crimes Defense Attorney.

Prior to joining the Mouton Law Firm, Alan served as Chief Counsel for the Caddo Parish Indigent Defender's Office. Alan has won numerous Not-Guilty verdicts for clients accused of aggravated rape of a child, date rape, sexual battery, molestation and possession of child pornography. (See Results Page)

With over 30 years of trial experience, Alan is also a frequent lecturer at statewide seminars, where he teaches other lawyers how to successfully defend against sex charges.

As a former prosecutor, Alan knows all the tricks of the prosecution and how to successfully combat them. He understands how these cases are charged and wha evidence prosecutors rely on for convictons. This knowledge guides his trial preparation and allows him to effectively scrutinize evidence and cross-exampie alleged victims and witnesses.

The criminal justice system in Louisiana is like none other in the United States. The laws are strict, the sentences are harsh, and our prisons hold a greater percentage of our own citizens than anywhere else in the world.
If you've been charged with a sex crime in Louisiana, the odds are stacked against you and the stakes are high. You need  experienced, aggressive attorneys protecting your rights and fighting for your freedom.
